Patch 2.0.4 Crown of Lucion Fix? still not?

are you Blizzard guys kidding me??

I get 3 CoL Uniques at once sometimes, but they do not work???
How hard is it to fix this item???

I havent bought VoH yet and i wont buy it until you guys improve your QA…
