The Ping in South Africa is unplayable. The lowest it gets is 200ms and even then its difficult to have a playable experience. I never had any issues with Diablo 2 or Diablo 3, but the experience in Diablo 4 is just brutal. I’ve tried turning crossplay off etc, this is entirely an issue on Blizzards side that I hope they can resolve by season 1.

I am also in South Africa and cannot play for more than 5 to 10 minutes before I get disconnected. The Beta’s and Server Slam were fine . This disconnecting has only started happening in the past two - three weeks. Blizzard need to get things jacked up on their side as I would like to play for longer than 5 to 10 minutes at a time.

@JongMah The Beta did feel good! I’m not sure what’s happening, I really hope they add localized servers since the game is really quite big and obviously a financial success for them.

Same here ,in Cape Town its 230 ms and sometimes 214ms,i really wanna love the game but how can we love a game if we cant play the game to its full potential,cough cough like Path of Exile 2 thats coming up.They already have a South African server up ready for Path of Exile 2 .Please Blizzard a new beginning …
