My husband and I were playing the just newly released midseason event (christmas?) and he claimed his gifts at the market in Kyovashad. When I tried to do the same, i could not do so. So I logged in on my computer, but the same happens there. I can see the midwinterward. I see the X to claim my rewards, but nothing happens.
I closed the game on both Console and computer. I logged in a couple of times. I am out of ideas.

We are having the same on xbox, i claimed mine as P1 got them all and my wife got nothing and now it doesnt let claim, when i leave the game and she returns to our own world state, its says already claimed.

the same problem. my husband received a gift, but I didn’t. maybe wives don’t receive gifts? 
My fiance and I play couch co-op, each with our own psn and battlenet accounts, and he claimed the gifts first, so I’m just burnt cuz he hit the X first? Not fair! We paid for our own expansions as well because we have 2 PS4 consoles. Blizzard you owe me the gifts!!! Please fix!!!
Same here… my wife couldn’t claim either after I claimed mine on PS5… She had a glitch as well before wherein she couldn’t open Hordes… now this… help! I was streaming so will post a clip of the incident…
