Playstation Stuck on "Queued..." screen after the timer ends

Playstation Connection Issue

I managed to play the game for 5 minutes early today before getting kicked out. Since then the timer runs out, the message moves to Queued... and stays there forever. Not sure what I’m supposed to do to fix the issue.

Same problem. I could play like 30min when the beta started then dced. And have tryed the last soon 6h to get back on :expressionless:

I tried to restart , but still “queued” for 6hrs for nie and couldn’t even Play.Blizzard how much longer will this last?

Same problem Ps5 ,even after waiting time finishes queuing for 2+ hours ,tried few times …

Same, but for Series X. Twice I waited in a 2 hour Que, only to wait even longer. Timer runs out, and it’s just stuck on “Queued”

same here, timer runs out and after it’s stuck in queued,restarted ps5, restarted game and its stuck on queued every time

If I’m going to hazard a guess its finishing the queue then trying to load our characters that now no longer exist as the game deleted them.

I had server down when it booted me soon after the beta started and my character couldn’t be seen and haven’t been able get past queued since.

I’ve been having the exact same problems for hours…

Interestingly enough I was able to log in to Xbox just fine, going to try PS again.

Seems I can now log in to PS… Guess the fix is if you have a friend with it on another platform to log in as your account there first…

Same problem. I can not run the Diablo IV on PS5 on my account. It is as somehow my account is corrupted. I managed to run it once as soon as the beta started and entered the game. Then tried to add another player. The game kicked both of us out and after that, I was waiting for 9hours on “Queued…” screen.

I thought it is standard long queue issue but then tried to log in from another user and it worked. My account still can not log in even when the other user is hosting the game.

I have had the same problem. Last night the “breaking news” said to stay in the queue if you were put in the infinite no timer queue which was just a complete lie, I feel bad for those who weren’t playing with other to figure it out.

I was put in a queue with 30 minutes and my friends were both in a queue for an hour timer, after the 30 minutes I stayed in the no timer queue, when my friends hours were up they both loaded in immediately so I knew straight away blizzard has somehow fucked peoples accounts up and just trying to blame it on long queue times. Still no fix 15 hours later, or even any transparency on the issue, pretty gross buying a game and the company can just mess up your account and it’s out of your control.

I have given up on this beta. They will not fix it. If they would it would have bean done all ready. If this was a wow problem it would have bean fixt in less then 1h. I just hope they have stuff sorted for next week and and have servers that can take on atlest 3-5 miljon ppl. It’s bloody Diablo ppl are exated.

Same here. Maybe adding the other player bugged our accounts. My 14yo daughter is bummed. It’s her birthday.

On the US forum the devs are finally waking up to this fact… they were completely unaware 1000’s of us cannot log in because the server considers us still online.

This is why you can’t log in.

Series X by the way, this is a purely console problem, pc has issues but are different.

I’m stuck too and it’s very frustrating, no beta this weekend it seems, there goes “special edition”, really great purchase, wow.

Still the same problem. I think they dont will fix that they dont care about us.
