Item : Shroud of false death , info on item after sanctify and upgrade item quality - wchich gives + 1 to all pasives ( 2 with upgrade) is not giving plus to all pasives , is giving only one.

Was just gonna post about this when I found your post, having the exact same thing. Sanctified +25 on Shroud showing 2 to all passives but only giving 1
