Possibility to transfer Eternal Character to Seasonal

Hi!
I could read that every Eternal character will be given a chance to transfer to Seasonal character, but I couldn’t find that possibility ever after having to restart the game just after starting. I came back to play after some time and I learned about the season and I wanted to transfer. I have only one char named Talindu, Sorcerer lvl 54 that I want to transfer, making new characters is long and I just wanted to have fun. I kindly ask for help! is there any chance to transfer that char to Seasonal?

Hey Thornwave, to be able to play Diablo IV’s seasonal content you must make a new seasonal character.

Existing eternal characters can’t be transferred for seasonal play. This is advised about here on the “How Seasonal Characters Work” section.

Once the season ends though the seasonal characters you make will be moved to the Eternal Realm so they can be played on still.

The thing is that it was said that the characters that started to play very early will be able to transfer to Seasonal and that’s why I’m asking because I couldn’t.
