Simply put, I started a Spiritborn on season 7 and I only played normal until 60 and the damage was good I was melting bosses no problem. Then I got to Torment 1 and decided I wanted to try the barbarian as it has S tier builds this season.
I have a barbarian lv 60 with 125 paragon levels that struggles to 1 shot normal monsters on normal difficulty…I am having again a similar problem with the Druid. At levels 1-10 things are ok but my Druid at lv 39 now hits like a flower.
This MUST be some kind of bug, its normal difficulty for crying out loud. If need be I will make a youtube video.
