I was curious, I pre ordered on my PS5 but I haven’t gotten the rewards for Diablo immortal? I haven’t checked Diablo 3 but was curious if I have to wait till release or if I have to find a code of some sorts?
You havent actually purchased the game yet, so probably when you have. So 10-12 days before the game launches.

I don’t know how it works for consoles but I got my WoW, D3 and D:I rewards as soon as I paid for the pre order.

The terms and conditions state the launch of the game.

Same, I also received all my items. It’s maybe where you pre-order the game.
If you order Diablo 4 on Blizzard, you get all the items immediately. But if you order it from a shop or different website, it might be that you only get the items upon release. But i’m not sure, I could be wrong.

Yeah blizz showed me the TOC and i get my rewards for D:I and wow on Jan 6, there was nothing in fine print or toc on ps5 that i could see but ty for your response

I bought the game on blizzard shop and got all the digital items instantly.
Perhaps your sony PS account is not linked in battle net?
it is, turns out part of TOS means I don’t get stuff till launch 
I purchased on the Blizzard website and received all the pre-order bonuses, not sure if this is different on PC (where I ordered) compared to console.
I believe you will receive the items when Xbox or PS takes the money out as it’s not taken instantly like PC.
