Pre-ordered Vessel Of Hatred DLC purchase not working on my Xbox via gamepass

I pre-ordered/purchased the ultimate DLC Vessel Of Hatred for my Xbox series X back in July. However, when the DLC was released earlier this week, I found I could not access the new Spirit born class and new area. I have access to all the cosmetics. There is a padlock on the spirit born class. When I go to the purchase option it states I have already unlocked the ultimate expansion. I have all the updates for Diablo 4.
If you are not able to fix this then I would request a full refund, as I am not able to access the DLC. I really would like to play the DLC, so please fix it.

I had this same problem. Only fix i found was to go to order history, click veiw in store from that, and manage and install. Its 10 mb download on its own. Sorry for not exact wording due to me going by member but i hope it helps
