Hello, what is the situation with the undelivered Premium Battle Pass Bundle? It’s been a while since I purchased the pre-release content of the expansion. I had to buy the pass with my own platinum a long time ago, which I also received for free as part of the pre-release purchase. I’m asking for some advice on this matter because for now it looks like a slight fraud regarding the purchase, and I’ve already written about it everywhere.

I bought the most expensive edition on December 23rd and still haven’t received anything.
