Does anyone know how to remove motion blur?
I get a headache when I play it and I would like to remove, there is no option in the game to disable.
Are you using Nvidia?
Most people that ask about this have Nvidia cards and in the Nvidia settings have a custom setting that causes this.
Turn off all Nvidia optimisations, if this is the case, and it will be blur free.
I am on a gtx 1080, zero blur, gsync on, all optimisations off. 
Obviously you can make a Nvidia profile for this.
