Hi anyone has idea why hectic aspect works only on teleportation in the sense that teleportation recharges very quickly and the flame shield does not? pls help ;')

you are playing sorcerer like me and devs don’t care for us… they just care about streamers classes unfortunately and they are all barbs/rogues

U need to use the evade version of teleport (the sh*tiest one) to make FS cooldown recharge faster. dont use regular teleport
they need to fix console evade teleport sending players in a straight line!
is a complete Joke when we need to pull all the mobs into 1 spot, it’s almost impossible unless you are against a solid wall
also yohei using other cooldowns takes away the hectic Cdr from other cooldowns
