I am experiencing an issue with a Mount Armor cosmetic item that is not functioning correctly.
The item remains in my inventory, but when I click “Use”, nothing happens. It does not apply any effect or unlock anything.
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps:

Verified character level requirements (level 70 characters tested)

Despite all of this, the item remains unusable and does not show up or activate anywhere in the system.
