In the application and on the website it shows me that I have the Ultimate Edition of the game. When I enter the game, it shows me that for 30 euros I can upgrade my game to this version and I only have rewards for the deluxe edition. All of the following solutions have been checked. Nothing helps.
- Do not use a VPN (if you should use one)
- Try to purchase the Upgrade on your Battle.net Launcher or if you already tried it there, use the Browser Website
- Clear your browser cache
- Make sure that your payment method is correctly set
