On Diablo 4 I unlocked the first standard reliquary. I purchased two items with favor coins. Now I have several favor coins, but when I want to purchase an item, for example the blue horse at the time of redemption, the message appears about how many favor coins I would have left, but it does not let me redeem anything. Same problem also for the battle pass where you can buy items with coins. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with redeeming the prizes? Waiting for an answer, thank you…
I cannot buy the 5 platinums. I had 23 coins, I wanted to buy the platinums on the first reliquary page, but the page where I could redeem it simply doesn’t come up. And I would suggest a “Redeem all” button if a player has enough resources to redeem everything in one page. It’s pretty uncomfortable to buying stuff one by one…I click, the page loads…claim…Claim with tokens…Claimed…get back to the page…repeat again and again… Very bad UX design.
D4 dev’s are famous for not listening users regarding UI feedback, so keep pushing, who knows in the future they listen to you all…
