I cannot use the Wardrobe i look on internet and say restard the game or scan & repair i did both. i still cannot use it. I wanna to get the pet i cannot Equip it. i wanna transmog my shield same think i can’t do it. i can click all i want it wont let me do it. the same is for the mount amor i can’t Equip it
I’d like to ask for a bit more information, if you don’t mind.
Are you not able to interact with the Wardrobe [in cities] in-game at all?
Are you unable to interact with the Wardrobe button in the character panel?
Additionally, it’s worth nothing that any and all changes in the Wardrobe need to be saved.
I can interact with it in both way’s so in cities and in panel.
but if i wanna Equip my pet i can click on it but it will not equip it.
if i wanna chance the look of my shield or wepon and can click it but will not chance
From what I can find, this seems to be a widespread problem since December.
No news or blue posts yet regarding this particular issue, I fear.
You’ve posted it here to the forums, that’s all that can be done for now.

I’m probably having the same problem. I encountered a serious bug in the wardrobe system in Diablo IV. Any change to any armor piece in the wardrobe applies to the entire set at once.
It’s impossible to change the appearance of individual armor pieces. It’s also impossible to change the appearance of weapons, wings, pets, or mounts—for all classes and in any world.
Clearing the cache, resetting preferences, verifying game files, and reinstalling didn’t help.
I spent a LOT of money on transmogrifications.
I’d like to know when I’ll have access to them again.
I hope it will be sone because i can´t even use the pet and transmog is indeed als item get in a set. so i hope Blizzard wil sone fix it
Hi, I have the same problem… exactly the same… and from what I can read there’s no solution at the moment? How much longer will it take to fix this?
i found a work around (at least its working on me. left click on the item / transmog / mount you want to use DONT let go the left click hit right click .. the item is now selected and you can apply it (p.s. it will be shown as soon as you let go the left click )
This is a solid suggestion, I’m curious to hear if it works for others.

I did indeed work. i have my pet out. only if i wanna transmog iets only giving me full set mabye i+m doing something wrong there?
no you are not. you cant .. at least not without using a script to break the continue of left click holding that seems to be wrong coded (hint hint for the developers!!) .. and using scripts isn’t allowed .. at least to my knowlege

I have the same issue since last season, it is very annoying, tried to report the bug, no answer or reaction whatsoever, and no fix of course either. makes you wonder why you pay for transmogs…
