since the new patch today 15th July 2025 my PS5 has crashed mid game around 4 times now. It seems to happen every 10 mins or so. very frustrating as it wastes my elixirs and I miss whispers because of it. having to reset game everytime! please fix this Blizzard.

Same here! I log in my Sorcerer and open my item stash to deposit some runes and everytime it lags out and crashes. After trying a different class the problem seems to be sorcerer related as it isn`t happening on my druid.

ya somos mas tambien me sucede lo mismo en la consola de playstation 5 casi no se puede jugar al juego . haber si lo solucionan pronto o retiran este update y ponen el anterior.

Had no issues at all before the patch, now my client seems to desync from the server and the first I know of it is I can’t mount / enemies aren’t spawning and I have to restart the game losing lots of progress. 0/10 patch, broke something that didn’t need fixing (for me)

Same issue here, already cost me elixers, nightmare dungeons and corresponding loot. It does seem somehow linked to the nightmare dungeons. Because wandering the world and collecting tenants of akarat did not present any issues.
Please blizzard, fix this and compensate our loses!

- for info it looks like cross play dont work, iam getting error like you can not join party beucase of diferrent version of game,chek for update on both sides

I have also been having issues since the patch while playing on the PS5. Just got back into the game and this is kinda ruining it!

Same issue. They probably can’t fix it. That’s why they stay silent and don’t acknowledge it.
