and I receive all the other things such as: pets, tiger for driving , wings on the same time when I bought it (sorry for my bad English) but now spirit born is locked with the new area
In PS store it’s shows that ultimate is already bought !!

I had the same problem. Go to your download blade where D4 is located. Open the downloaded gamefiles and look if you can see a small file on your D4 list. It should be under 300 MB. Download that again and it should fix it. That worked for me…
