If you don’t have the shockwave aspect for pulverize then don’t do it.
I personally started with tornado, I found the aspect that tornado seeks targets and was doing fine. I found the landslide aspect that hits twice and switched to that cause seems easier.
Only when found the shockwave aspect I switched to pulverize and I was killing everything till the time I found Tempest Roar and made the storm wolf.

atm strongest 2 i would say are:
- stormwolf → needs unique hemet (very/unique hard to get)
- shred build → no uniques needed

Pulverize → Storm druid
You start as pulverize since you need only aspects to make build good, then you aim for tempest roar unique and make storm transition.
