I’m level 63 currently. Anyone know why all of the gear from the purveyors has a maximum game level of 42? Approx power level of about 550? I’ve checked every single one.
I just spent 500 obols and power was between 707 and 666 on most items, T4, lvl 74.

T3 - no T4 until 70 
Yeah, the item level is locked to tier. The exact numbers are shown on the difficulty screen.
Can you screenshot? I’ve had a look and can’t see anything showing that. Additionally why is my average level around 700 if that’s the case? I can get decent drops elsewhere it’s just the Purveyor that has the issue.
Below are all six Breakpoints:
- Item Power 1 – 149
- Item Power 150 – 339
- Item Power 340 – 459
- Item Power 460 – 624
- Item Power 625 – 724
- Item Power 725 and beyond
So I think the highest breakpoints won’t start dropping until you hit 70.
But as the enemies scale, you should been fine with good affixes.
Oh, you can do the capstone now, you know. But it is scaled for 70, but if you have all high power gear, it’s still easy.
