I don’t want to lift and discuss perks of other games in the thread but if you have tried playing with cyclone in Path of Exile you would understand what i mean. The thing that makes it so smooth is that you can regulate how fast you want to move by moving your mouse further away from your character. If you have the mouse right under your character you stand still and can keep using the skill.
I understand that it could be an issue with the fury but to be honest it has not bothered me that much yet. I am using Wrath of the berserker and unconstrained.
It was an interesting thought to imploment increased damage when standing still. I think that it can be harder to balance stuff if you where going to add it, but some extra damage is always welcome. Maybe i didn’t formulate it correct but i would like to see that you can use the skill and still don’t move forward, which would mean that the character is spinning around when using Whirlwind but it is still going to be some feet movement. With this said it could be hard to argue that the Aspect should be added because the character is still moving per se, but what do i know
