Quest 'Keeping the Old Traditions' not started

Hi,
I have an issue with starting the ‘Keeping the Old Traditions’ quest in Diablo 4. Exclamation mark is visible. The book to start the quest can be clicked and the pop-up appears, but the quest is not started, or marked in the journal. Playing D4 with Vessel of the Hatred expansion. Game level is Torment 1.

Same problem here. I didn’t know about the quest before. Today, the exclamation mark appeared but nothing happened. I closed the game and started again, and now, the exclamation mark doesn’t appear.

Any idea? I also have Vessel of the Hatred expansion but Torment 2.
