Quest Season Diablo 4 seems blocked or bugged - Kulle's Heart

Hello,

I am contacting you because I have a problem in the game Diablo 4: I have the impression that the seasonal quest “Kulle’s Heart” has been bugged for some time now on my character “Barbapapa”. I have completed more than forty seasonal dungeons and opened all the 3 Wardwoven Chests inside each time, but no new quest item (journal) has dropped since the 1st.
I have screenshots where we can see that the quest status seems to be “checked”, although I only have one copy of the quest item out of 5. This is what rings a bell.

Can you help me please?

You need to be in world tier 4, you must clear Vaults and open Wardwoven Chests and its a random drop.

I am of course in world tier 4, and I opened more than 3x40 (120+) chests already. But still at 1 journal over 5… Is there a place I can send you my screenshots so you can see the “locked” bug I’m talking about?

I have the same issue. On Kulle’s Heart quest, doing WT4 Vaults and getting no journals at all, except the first one I got during the quest Vault or whatever it was. Since then it has a green checkmark with 1/5 journals collected.

The issue is still not fixed and I really don’t want to make a new character just because of this bug.

I would like to say, i completed the entire quest in world tier 3, tier 4 just makes it more likely since there is an extra chest

Sorry, but that’s clearly not the issue. Doing Vaults in WT4 all the time and nothing. Even in WT3 I got no journals. Thanks to that I can’t even completely finish Slayer season journey part.
