Exalted Hunter perk of The Hunter ultiamate skill states there is 40% chance to reset the skill’s CD on enemy kill with the effect active. This 40% chance is supposed to be halved after each consecutive reset. How long does this ‘debuff’ of halved chance last? I can’t find it anywhere and there is nothing on the status bar.
Until it goes into cooldown.
