[Question] - World Tiers

Hi all,

I’m still very new to D4 but I have 1 simple question, I could not find a direct answer to it on the internet.

My question, if I play on Torment III and engage in any activities—whether dungeons, open-world events, quests, or other content—do all random players I encounter also have the same difficulty Torment III? Or is the difficulty level mixed, meaning I might see players on different World Tiers within the same Realm?

This setup seems unusual to me because, for instance, if I’m on Torment III and encounter a low-level player on Normal difficulty, they might easily kill a boss in just a few shots while I’m still facing a challenge.

Ah, so all players I encounter are on the same Tier? Thank God. :smiley:
