What are you going to do, we make a pre-order to play and I have to wait 90 minutes and the people who don’t pre-order are not going to have the same problem at the open beta every time we launch, it’s the same

but blizz u know it already thatu have so many signups and why u dont really prepare your servers for so many ppl…its every time every beta the same…why u dont prepare your servers for that amount of players?

We sadly have no ETA for a fix. Our technicians want this resolved as soon as possible though.

I went down to 64 min after several timer crashes
Waiting time 31min left… i understand this is beta however i thought blizzard is a AAA company and would cater for these server issues already!

learned nothing from the server issues with Diablo 3. During special events - such as the current new season, overloaded servers can still be expected. And even then you didn’t get it…
I had hoped that it would be better with D4, but pff… it doesn’t seem to be the case.

Server issues in such situation will never change. Has nothing to do with preperation or the size of a studio.
You cant do anything against it.
I really cant understand how people still hit play the first second a game or beta releases and get angry if there are server problems. It always will be like that, with any company.
If the problems were limited to the beta servers, I wouldn’t say anything, but experience with D3 has shown that, unfortunately, it won’t be like that. As you could see at the start of the last season, the login queue for games lasted several days
Good news is that the game works and been running fine for me so far for about 10mins

Waited 114mins for it to get to 0mins & stuck on “qued…” waited for almost an hour. Restarted to get back in 68min que. Anyone else having a problem when your timer get to 0 & its taken over 3 hours & it still wont let you in??

same I’ve crashed about 6 times running around in game and had to wait 30min plus to get back in only to crash a few min later.
