Rallying cry is not interacting correcly with echoing fury aspect atm.
Echoing fury in not considering rallying cry a shout and not generating fury every second.
It does work correctly with the other 2 shouts though.
Anyone else notice this?
I have exactly same problem/bug
Its bugged when you choose Tactical Rallying Cry at skills tree!
