I’ve got an item today as a drop which has no stats at all. Only a legendary aspect is present.

Here is how the item looks:

Ancestral Unique Chest Armor
752 Item Power
1,316 Armor

  • Gain 9,468 Thorns (legendary aspect)

2 sockets
Requires Level 64

That’s all what it has…
Is this a bug or is this a good item?

Thats built like that for a specific purpose.

Im not in to spoilers, but if you do some research, you will figure it out.

Yes, you a right, it is indeed designed like that. Looks odd at first sight, but just need to figure out how to make the best use of it.
