Reconnecting to Diablo IV always present on upper left corner

I cant form parties, cant play with friends, cant talk, cant do any form of multiplayer. It happened atleast 8-9 times today, and it never reconnects me.
I have to manually leave the game which fixes the issue for 5-10 minutes, after it comes back.

My internet is working fine since i am on discord the whole time and can easily chat.
