Can we have a detailed discussion here how we can refund the game?
Beacuse i cant find it through their guides.
Was always on the fence on this game. Feels like a diablo 3 clone with some better look. I just want my money back at this point. (mabye to play some ow2 pve)…
I feel the same. 
Game not launching for 4 days now and nothing is done about it. I will also request a refund. This feels like a scam when you pay 100 Euros for something that doesn’t launch
I also feel cheated. Nevertheless, campaign was great (so they can keep $). However, I won’t pre-order any more. D4 is copy paste 50/50 D2 and D3. However, most of the worst aspects have been taken. No sense of character progression whatsoever. By changing the eq to “better” (most items are hopeless anyway, and the only option to modify them is just 1 afix and possibly an aspect change, which are realy expensive at beginning). In most cases, items are lvl 10-15 less than the character’s level. And the affixes we get are the opposite of what we play. In addition, most dps require the enemy to be “overwhelmed, stunned, slowed” etc… Which is a bit embarrassing (I also have the impression that bosses are immune to conditions and in a boss fight dps from these afixes no longer make sense) and most people plays for a crit that just makes sense. SO… Yes! It’s again bad game with good cinematic. So maybe they should change and start making movies/anime/serials. And give up on making games. Waiting for PoE2, I tought D4 will be a good rival for PoE. but i was wrong.

Hi, I really wanted this game to work, and was looking forward too playing. But I just can’t get the game to even run longer than 10sec. Have tried all the trouble shooting guides that you have online, and still no luck. So I’ll get my refund, and try again in a couple of months.
