Came back to the game after completing it soon after release.
Is there any way to reset all progress - my new character is starting from Lv1 but already has 10 skill points which completely trivialises the early game. Im assuming these are from statues?

No. You can play hardcore if you didn’t play already, but you can’t reset renown progress.
Just an idea, you may have the renown points but if you dont place the points into skills and leave them as , well, just points, then the game will not overpower you. Just pretend you dont have the skill points.
I also don’t understand why someone wouldn’t want to get 10 points right away, and the way the game is now they won’t even notice.
