Reseting my Unique Dagger Condemnation at the Blacksmith for 5mil and Mats and did not get refunded the Leveling Mats that where invested in the item
That is how resetting works. You can reset Mastervorking lvl but you need to farm mats again.
" You can reset an item’s masterwork ranks back to zero at any point, but it costs money and materials to do so. You also do not get your masterworking materials refunded, so make sure you really want to reset it. You can salvage masterworked items to get some of The Pit materials back, but you will only get a fraction."
seems counter intuitive. Here is a player feedback, it should refund the crafting materials. There seems little point to the function otherwise
