I am using a teleport enchantment, which turns your evade ability into version of TELEPORT, which is considered to be a COOLDOWN. This works perfectly with a talent called PROTECTION - “Using a cooldown grants 10/20/30% of your max life as a barrier”. Every time I use evade, I also get barrier from this talent. The problem is that it doesnt work with one of the legendary resource aspects on a ring - “Using a COOLDOWN restores X mana”. Can you please fix this or atleast explain why does it apply for talents but not for the aspect?
