Resource system

I don’t know what about you guys, but for me current resource system is frustrating a lot. We have 100 resource pool and most spells cost 30+ percentage of it. So most of the time you have to wait until it’ll be replenish.
For example sorceress Meteor: in D2 we were able to cast it at least 25 times in a row, in D3 - 4 times, in D4 - 3 times
And I think that it is one of the reasons why hydra-sorc and explosion-necro are dominating on beta.

There’s only real recourse. Healing pot charges. Not even dodge - its not working anyway
Concerning “mana” straving builds - some issues can be fixed using passives and legendaries etc
