Resplendent spark not dropping from the first Uber Duriel kill

Has anyone encountered this? I got one from Andariel (I think) but not from Duriel.

I never got one, even killing Torment Duriel 3x solo, also no uber drops… like wtf

also I killed regular Duriel 6x…
I killed Andariel about 5x and nothing also. This grind is killing my fun to be honest, if we didn’t have to geind for parts to create torment or uber bosses it would be different.
