Every time I go out of Nahantu for quests and coming back, game tell me that I haven’t bought DLC; one other thing, misteriously, mercenaries disappear. Fix, please!

Got the same Bug
… Had to Restart and replay 3 Missions so far.
Then there is the lag… Why cant Blizzard do one Expansion right without Bugs.
After Spiritborn Clasquest, cant enter nahandu
The the path thats Underwater to Akarats Tom.
And after the Cinematic in hous when Akarat gets consumed…

Have the same problem. The whole green theme von expansion goes away and goes red just as base game. Then i have to relog and then its all good. Tried reinstall the game, but it seems it did not fix it.

Basically unplayable now if you want to do the new content.

Have the same issue been having to log out an back in every 10 minutes is annoying but they are aware of the bug apparently working on a hot fix for it seems to only be a console bug tho

it doesn’t recognize that I have the expansion
I’ve been able to play but it’s very annoying that every X time
it doesn’t recognize that I have the expansion, and I have to restart the game.

I can confirm that even if you don’t leave the expansion area, this bug still occurs
I’ve been playing the expansion campaign for 2 hours, I haven’t left this area and I’ve had to restart the game three times
There comes a point where it magically doesn’t recognize that you have the expansion even though you’re inside the expansion area

I think the mistake is that Microsoft put the game as a free trial for a week, I think
I remember that when this happened, even though I had bought the standard version of the base game, when I started it it appeared as if it were a free trial
Currently it does appear as a standard version, but I don’t know if that change they made for a week affected the version of the game.
Currently the standard version that I have and that cost me $70
cannot be purchased in the Microsoft store

Edit: after making this post I still got locked out the new zone while playing, so my tips are useless.
Hopefully they’ll fix it soon.
Similar problem on ps5, I did restore license in the ps5 menu for the game and can’t guarantee but it seems to have fixed the problem.
No idea where that option is in the Xbox menu.
I played spiritborn but also made another class for season, thinking it maybe links the game and expansion again in some magical way 
Still worth a shot for those with the same problem.
Only problem I still have is that emotes and armor cosmetics from previous seasons aren’t available on my spirithunter.
