Reimbursement Guidelines
Games and extensions
We refund paid games or extensions within 14 days of the applicable purchase, as long as you haven’t played for more than two hours.
Stop trying to fool anyone. They will not give you any refund after you pass the Campaign and say that you do not like the game. You can go quiet now. Because WE ALL KNOW that with 2H you can do some secondary and reach the main city, you don’t have more time to see the heart of the game. So everyone GROW UP!

Perfectly, thank you. I’m just getting tired of seeing whiny 30 year olds.
If you finished the story you have no right to refund quit being entitled

If you’re finishing the campaign, the entire campaign, in under 2 hours then you’re speed running to the extreme.
Chances are you went over the 2h played limit, which means no refund for you.

Play the game in its entirety, and only pay if you want to, is that what I’m reading?
Not sure what other charities are supporting you, but Blizzard is not one of them

If you passed the campaign you played more then 2 hours of the game ofc they are not gonna refund you.
I see that no one has understood the meaning and feeling that I wanted to express in the Post. A shame.
Then maybe you shouldn’t be so vague in your topic.
Are you calling out someone that was complaining about the refund window?
If so, maybe mention that in the post.
i have no idea what you are on about
The OP is taking about how the game can only be refunded if you’ve purchased it within 14 days AND had less than 2 hours playtime
A lot of players are complaining about the balanceing/difficulty/story/etc and saying they are getting a refund… problem is, 2 hours is not very long… I seriously doubt they could experience enough of the game to complain about it within that time.
Most likely (and I beleive this is the main rant of the OP) these people are just trolling the forums.
how about refunding the game because of the constant downtime and issues? I’ve played more than 2 hours but would say im not even a 1/4 of the way into the game however with the constant issues i would say refunds should be granted.
Refunds for games are meant for if the game doesnt work, which you’d know well before the 2 hour mark.
You game literally watch every element of the game on youtube, live or recorded at this point. So it isnt really a case of ‘will i like the gameplay & story or not’.
