Ridiculously long loading time, and crashing after inactivity

After latest update, Diablo IV launch time is around 15 minutes.
Talking about live version, not PTR.
Nothing changed on my PC.
Still the launching time is ridiculously long now. How comes?
Also, I got used that after some inactivity time, I got disconnected. That’s kinda fair.
But now, when I return to main menu, and let it inactive THERE, the game crashes after some time.
Or just shut down, hard to tell.
Anybody else experiencing this behaviour after last patch?

EDIT: It seems to be fixed now.

EDIT 2: Actually loading times are better, but the shutdown when inactive in main screen is still there.
WHY I CAN’T LET MY GAME RUNNING WHEN NOT PLAYING? I DON’T BURDEN THE SERVES ANYWAY!

same - i use EU servers and the game says PLAYING on login screen but takes 10 to 15 min to switch to game screen - hi end pc with win 10

Same here I was AFK on main menu and after some time I was trow on desktop but I did not see any kind of crash notification. I wasant on front when happened
