Right Stick Dodge

I hope they bring back the right stick dodge/roll. I found when playing as the druid, it was tough to try and get behind the first boss, and made the experience frustrating. Not as big of a deal with ranged characters, but still a shame to not have it.

Evade is Circle or B on controller. You still have it, it’s 5 second cooldown but works well.

If You meant you wished it would move to right stick. i agree, I’d love that too but don’t see it in the cards sadly.

YES, I agree. I made a post about that.

I can say that the cooldown made me realize how impatient I am !

Yes. I’m not even sure why it was changed in the first place; unless I’m much mistaken, RS is completely unused in battle anyway, whereas having it on Circle/B basically locks down a button that could be used to assign a skill to. It’s weird.

(And now that I went back to D3, I’m constantly trying to dodge pressing Circle. Ugh.)

Stick for roll/dodge is a must really…
Benefit of having it on stick is the dodge will go any direction you select, with button you need to first face that direction then press the button.

Then of course one extra button for a skill. Such as ultimate, if you look at gameplay videos/streams you’ll see almost no one have an ultimate equipped. Not because they are bad, rather this is due to them having a very long cooldown, wouldn’t be such a problem if there was an extra button free.

Oh and pls reduce cooldown to 2-3 seconds not 5, thx.

No no no. The right stick being available still is good. They need to use it to modify range on aoe and movement Skillz.

PC players can pre aim when they click and land in a designated space. Controllers can not… This is a huge issue and the right stick being free from dodge is the only answer.

I dodge by pressing left stick on PS5. I changed to this in the controller settings.

I have used this from the start as well and it works really well, moving on the left stick and seamlessly dodging using L3! Change it in the controller settings as mentioned.
