Rogue death trap cooldown does not go below 10.8 seconds. It is stuck on 10.8 no matter how much cooldown i use
Yea it does, goes down to 9, depending on gear 9.23
try mw if not all triple on the gear, also try swapping out gear if you have too many uniques and put temper on them.
there are a few tempers - death trap cooldown reduction and also ultimate cooldown.
