This ones a weird one, im having a bug where this has happened a 2nd time, im getting a key to a dungeon that doesn’t exist i think? i use the key, it won’t show anything on the map, if i try to use another key, it says the dungeon will be reset (However, it says the name of the dungeon i’d lose is called “Roothold: Strangling Roothold”) , i can’t teleport to it like the normal ones, im just curious is anyone else having this problem? So far i can only find one person on reddit who had the same bug, i had another key that worked perfectly normal earlier wish i could post a picture of the thing

I am having the same issue today… used the sigil and then… a whole lot of NOTHING… thought it was me but I completed the season quest line already

I just notice that the one i took me to no where was strangling roothold… bleeding roothold doesnt have that problem…

This is still happening. A buddy and i both used roothold keys and nothing appeared but it consumed both keys.
This has happened to me 3x now, it is only the Strangling Roothold this happens with and it shows me an empty spot on the map. This needs to be fixed, these keys are hard enough to farm without 1/4 of them being useless
Also just happened to me, exactly how you explained.
Same problem. Also happened 2 or 3 days ago; for “Strangling Roothold”, not showing on map. (Torment 1 & Penitent).
