Playing season 4 necro. I notice when I am playing helltide and I teleport to another area in the helltide, I am often unable to leave the base area to return to helltide because of rubberband. I also had this experience when it would not let me enter the world boss area.
I have tried changing to mount, teleporting to another area and returning, and sometimes it will reset, but I most often need to quit the game and come back to move freely again. I have waited over 60 sec and rubberband does not resolve.
I have tried turning off crossplay, it does not help. Very annoying when I am doing group play.
