Having an issue with Temerity unique pants which supposed to give barrier when healing above 100% max HP. Now when I TP to town, then back to battlefield, most of the time it does not store the shield but force reducing it to roughly 17 even if I use a potion. I see it increase rapidly but it drops just as fast back to 5-17 even though I have 6k total HP. The only solution I found is I need to take them off and put it back on, which is quite annoying. Could there be a fix for this one please?
