Hello,
While doing a nightmare dungeon of Sailors’ Demise after I beat all the enemies the Chamber Key to the Vault of The Forsaken doesn’t drop but the quest does get updated to use the key to open the Chamber Door. However when I attempt that I’m prompted with the fact that I don’t have the key.

World Tier 4
Nightmare Dungeon Tier 21
