i reported in diablotrade this player,he had listed a triple ga fractured winterglass for 69 billions gold,i grinded for one month hard to have 70 billion gold first time in my life,and while in trading window he switched items fast only to give me a cheap winterglass…he ruined my whole season of hordes, please help on the issue, his name in diablo trade was InkyOrc while in game his name was simple ZIR no battle tag was given or shown,after the scammed trading of course he blocked me, i demand his permanent ban as well as a rollback of my character to september 3 of 2024 ( 24 hours before this post) to get my 69 billion back, cause i am in a real shock…i dont know what else to do…please help…

Well,The only person you can blame is yourself… There are two stages of trade confirmation with another player, which is enough to double-check what you’re buying. Not to mention that when both sides lock in their offers just before accepting the trade, you just need to hover over the item and double-check it. This isn’t spam; it’s simply your naivety. But there are some positives—you’ve learned an important lesson and won’t make the same mistake in the future. 
Wait what? Using 3rd party websites is abusive? What are you talking about? Is it illegal to sell items for gold or what?
Does anyone ever read the terms of agreement when starting a game?

Stop using outside of the game trading, you can just blame yourself on this one. Report the player ingame through the system, report the player in the website you use to trade.

But how is it different from using a chat or Discord? This site is for posting offers only. Trade is made through the game.
I didn’t use this site, but i don’t see anything odd in using it, unless it offers RMT.
You can’t be banned for using Diablo.trade. Diablo.trade is a blizzard recognized site to trade.
It’s blizzard’s fault so many people get scammed. An auction house literally removes the risk of these scammers.
These scammers are making hundreds of dollars an hour fleecing players. The only person to blame is blizz

You wont get banned for using those websites, but if you buy items, gold or services for real life money youll get banned. These sites wont do that ofc but just heads up to someone who might not know this.
Its not blizzards fault people get scammed, if youre stupid, you get scammed. Pay attention and you wont. Simple as that.
