Season idea for Diablo 4 (Evolving items)

Evolving items.
Story: A legendary blacksmith can draw out the hidden abilities of objects.

Process: During the game, we can find items that are level 1 (we always find level 1 items). This item can be taken to the legendary blacksmith to unlock its hidden ability. At first level, we can choose from 4 random abilities. (for example: Strength +1, Crit hit +0.1, +0.2%DMG to close, +0.5% Fire resist)

We have the option not to choose (in this case, the blacksmith draws 4 options again at the next level).

Objects grow when you use them. Although the object receives as much XP as our character (even after level 100), each level step requires exactly 2 times as much XP as the previous level (so after a while it will be almost impossible to develop them further).
Level 1: 1000 XP - Level 2: 2000 XP - Level 3: 4000 XP - Level 4: 8000 XP etc…

When an item levels up, the ability previously unlocked with the legendary blacksmith will also level up. This is automatic, not optional. If we chose Strength, then: Lvl1: Strength +1, Lvl2: Strength +2, Lvl3: Strength +3, etc… If the item becomes level 100, it will have 100 Strength (provided that it is level 1 level). Items do not have a maximum level, so they constantly evolve and become stronger.

At every 10th level (an item can have a maximum of 4 abilities), the item gets 4 more options at the blacksmith, but it can also be the same one that it already has (of course, the chance of this is small, or the choice has to be postponed many times)! Thus, it is possible that at level 100 an item has 4 identical abilities at different levels:
Strength 100 (put on by the blacksmith at lvl 1)
Strength 90 (at lvl 10) etc…
Strength 80
Strength 70

If someone doesn’t choose a new skill at level 1 (10 or 20 or 30), they can take it to the blacksmith again at level 2 and get 4 new options. If you still don’t choose, you can repeat it every time you level up until you don’t choose. With each postponement, the object will eventually become weaker, since the ability on the object does not develop until it is selected.

Thus, the legendary blacksmith can craft completely unique items, and the player has a free hand when it comes to shaping the character. In my opinion, it will be possible to find such a developing object in every object location, of course, it also requires a lot of luck. These items are yellow items, so legendary powers can also be placed on them.
