Season of crashing! God job blizzard!

Why is it every single season that the game keeps getting worse and worse!
i cant for the love of god even do nightmare dungeons!

I activate a key, enter the dungeon and boom! just crash or disconnect to character selection! 9/10 times! just resulting in wasting the key…

But no, doing massive pulls on helltides, uberbosses, the pit etc, none of that shit has ever caused problems, its ONLY NM dungeons!

Many seasons in row now people just cry about crashing and issues. So glad not to be at that side of the story anymore.
All I can say is get a better PC / update your garbage so everything is up to date. The game works just fine if everything is up to date and powerful enough to operate.
Im not saying this game is perfect or anywhere close, but the players with lower end PCs seriously suffer trying to play the game. Alone the loading times to switching areas takes quite hefty loading on SSD, imagine playing on HDD

Ah yes, i am sorry, that my PC is just not capable of handling the game

*looks at it barely using half of my avaiable ressources and literally crashing/dcing me in the exact same action (teleporting back to town) with an about 85% probability at this point
YEA, SORRY, MY BAD

but thats the thing, perhaps youre having too much power in your machine.
Ive seen people with 10x better computer than mine complain about crashing and disconnects. Ive seen ppl with worse computer than mine complain about crashing and disconnects.
Yet somehow im in the middle there not having any troubles.
I mean, if it was the game itself fully the reason for the issues; it would show up on everybody. Not just some of the players like it does now.
It has to be some kind of issue with hardware included, outdated drivers, too slow SSD/HDD to keep up with the data or something.

A lot of players disconnect from teleporting, entering different regions or simply by opening the inventory menus.

So, if you disconnect only in Nightmare Dungeons then you can call yourself lucky.

i cant login for few days now… i delted folder, redownloaded the game… i take it as a sign… “stop givving money to incompetent devs!!!”

Update your Windows first and then try to login in the game. If you are using Windows 10 then you need one of the latest updates in order to play the game.

wow 10 000 IQ right there… should we somehow contact the devil and make a blood pact too? how did u come up with the win 10 !!!..

A very mature answer but that doesn’t surprinse me at all because in most of your posts you have used the same fowl language to others as well. A simple “thank you” would have been enough because updating the operation system solved a lot of problems including login related. Instead of showing appreciation to someone who tried to help, you just let your inner child take over. Don’t ask questions and don’t offend those who try to offer you help if you are just seeking for trouble in the first place. And as a side note, you should really work on your anger issues, you act like a spoiled brat.

not everybody has low IQ like you, stop assuming we all are dumb…

Listen here - I understand that you are frustrated and it is OK, everyone has their own demons - BUT - calling names to people who offer a helping hand and offending Developers just to prove your point will never get you somewhere good.

Keep it simple - just be polite, create a ticket and keep the forums clean.

My upgrade is just rtx 4090 which I do not need… So please stop

Gimmeee! Though I have 4080 so im not that far behind, but I dont play in 2k or 4k quality, my quality is good old 1k xD … im poor.

same for me, game crashes every 20-30 minutes

my PC specs are above minimal requirements, so it should work, not crash every 20 minutes. In that case, Blizzard should raise the minimum requirements.

In this case, the problem is not the PC configuration ; more than that, if you have minimum or above minimum requirements, then you should have no problems playing the game. Even players with high or ultra high configurations have this problem and there are tons of topics reported about this. So, this issue is not player related, it is Blizzard related.

This is absolutely true, it should work with even minimal requirements otherwise they are lying about the requirements. I believe they say lower requirements to get more people buy the game because not everybody have access to good PC.
I play everything maxed out without the Raytracing because I really did not see any difference in it :'D I must be blind some way, it just heated CPU more for no reason.

Launch flopped, and I kinda expected it, Season 2 was decent and Seasons 3 didn’t play it but from what I saw it wouldn’t be worth my time, Seasons 4 and 5 have been the best for me personally. Even though the game has improved, I still refuse to purchase it or give my money to Blizzard. The issue is that the game, which was marketed and sold as a brand-new experience at full price, is gradually turning into a rehashed version of Diablo III, Now keep in mind that there are players who pre-order it, bought it at launch, on a sale, whatever…
Blizzard seems to be subtly pushing players toward buying the upcoming expansion, and knowing their track record, this was likely a calculated move. It’s frustrating to witness, and it speaks to a broader problem: the state of the gaming industry and the role we, as consumers, play in it, although most people may not see the problem as it is or choose to ignore it…
If we want original, creative, and innovative games, we need to stop supporting monopolistic companies that thrive on hype, microtransactions, and recycled content. I genuinely feel for those who bought the game at full price, but it’s important to approach this critically. I’m not hating on the game itself I’m sharing a perspective that might not be popular, especially with fans, but it’s important to think beyond the surface.
Gaming isn’t just about entertainment; it’s about the choices we make and who we support. If more people resisted the pressure to buy into these business models, we might see a healthier, more innovative gaming industry. Right now, only a handful of games truly feel worth the time, money, and support. It’s time to be more critical of what we consume.
This is just my opinion, and I mean no disrespect to anyone who enjoys the game.
