Season of the Construct cosmetics missing after latest patch

Hello.

After the February 4th patch enabling the Lunar Awakening, I can no longer apply cosmetics from the Season of the Construct Premium Battle Pass. Only the focus, Spheral Tome, is available.

We’ve seen reports of this from other players as well and are currently investigating.

Please note that there is no need to make tickets for this as support wouldn’t be able to manually grand missing individual rewards, but rather it will be addressed for everyone with the wider fix.

I am wondering when this will be fixed.
as I noticed this bug has been posted long time ago by a lot of players and there is still no any hotfix,

I am one of them who lost all of their purchased stuff from season 3 battlepass.

I’m also missing cosmetics, and quite a few, from other seasons. It’s been a while since I last played Diablo and I realize that I’m missing all kinds of cosmetics, mounts, weapons, etc.
