Season pass, when I bought the game I never redeemed it, I thought I would redeem it for something good and now in this season it seems I lost it, in short Blizzard scammed me

Same here. Hopefully they will come up with something, because I was also waiting for something I really like and then redeem it.
I assume you are talking about the battlepass token that came with the game. They are having some issues converting the battlepass token to reliquary tokens at the moment, hopefully it will get sorted soon.
Typical Blizzard to announce this on US forums, but forget EU exists.
