Stuck on this side quest. I’ve found the spring but i can’t figure out what i’m supposed to do next. Any advice??
Wasn’t that the quest where you have to use your “wait” emote near the pool?

Any quest has a walkthrough somewhere on the internet by now.
I would suggest searching “secret of the spring diablo 4” and you are good to go!
But since I googled anyway:
" You’re looking for an emote called “Wait,” and if it’s not readily accessible, open up your emote wheel and hit the customization button on screen."
So Starstorm wins the kudos!

Thanks. Less than a week in to the game for me so still getting used to the emotes. Took me more than a few days to figure out how to “cheer” for that task in Kyovashad.
Didn’t think to google it as i thought there would be something in the forums or on the Diablo wiki.

There are similar quests in game, they have always hint in description text which emote to use. Maybe not all of them are attached to emote wheel by default, so you will have to customize them first.
